If your online presence currently lives on social media or a Google profile, we start by gathering your services, customer questions and materials. The website should make your offer and next step easy to understand.
Design around customer decisions
I organize pages around what someone needs to know before getting in touch. That means consistent visuals, specific copy and a comfortable mobile experience, with working links and an agreed contact setup.
Make room for the next stage
The site uses a shared design so future service pages and articles feel like part of the same business. Ongoing SEO can start as a separate monthly service once the website is complete.
What we decide before designing the first screen
We gather your services, coverage, common customer questions, available images and the action you want visitors to take. I use that information to propose the pages and their relationship. A service website needs to explain the offer, who it fits and how to inquire. Planning helps avoid both a vague single page and several pages repeating the same message.
Copy, design and SEO foundations together
Copy and layout develop together so important information has room. I plan headings, page titles, navigation and links between services, with mobile reading in mind. Technical checks cover page behaviour, images and the agreed contact path. Those foundations are part of building the website; ongoing monthly SEO research and improvements are a separate engagement.
Preparing for a controlled launch
Before launch we review the domain, hosting, permissions, approved content and the destination for inquiries. If there is an existing website, we assess which URLs to retain or redirect. Forms must deliver to the agreed channel. Privacy information and measurement also need to match the actual setup. Publication is coordinated with you.
What happens after delivery
We can agree on maintenance, new pages or ongoing SEO after the initial project. The proposal distinguishes development from domain, hosting, software and integration costs. Booking tools, multiple languages or connections to other applications should be scoped early so the quote reflects the website you need.

Website development is a separate project. My usual target is a month or less, depending on scope, materials and reviews. Hosting, integrations and maintenance are specified in the proposal.

Do you build online stores?
My focus is service businesses. Ecommerce requires a separate fit and scope discussion before I can quote.
Can you connect booking software?
We can assess your current system and the integration needed. Scope and costs are agreed before development.
Is monthly SEO included?
The website is built with structure and content in mind. Ongoing SEO is quoted separately.
What is included in the website quote?
The proposal specifies pages, content, design, development, contact setup and agreed reviews. It also identifies recurring costs and integrations. Pricing follows that scope rather than assuming every service business needs the same package.
Can we use my existing hosting?
I review whether it supports the project. If you need a different setup, we discuss it before development. Domain ownership, account access and recurring costs should be clear from the start.
Can the website be bilingual?
Yes. We plan equivalent pages, language-specific content and reviews as part of the scope. It is more than adding an automatic translation button after the site is built.
