AI automation for your everyday workflows.
I review how you work and connect your tools to solve specific tasks. We start with a focused process we can test and maintain.
Let’s discuss your project
How we would approach it.
You work directly with me. I research, propose and carry out the agreed work.

Choose a task worth automating
You show me where information arrives, what happens to it and where the same steps repeat. We choose one workflow and define how it should behave when data is missing or a step fails.

Build from practical experience
I have built workflows for my own work and agency processes: expense summaries, SEO content preparation and connections between WordPress and Airtable. That experience informs how I assess your requirements.

Define human review and maintenance
We decide what runs automatically and what needs a person. We test representative examples before using the workflow in daily work, and agree on maintenance, usage limits and error notifications.

Start with a workflow you can verify
A useful first automation has a clear input, repeated steps and an output someone can check. Examples include collecting email information into a summary or moving WordPress content into a working table. Before building, we consider frequency, supervision and the conditions that would make the output unsuitable for use.

n8n, Airtable and the tools you already use
My experience includes connecting workflows with n8n and organizing information in Airtable. For your project, I review whether the applications support the required access and exchanges. An app being available does not make every integration feasible: permissions, limits and costs need checking. The proposal identifies the connections and the steps your team will still handle.

Testing includes the things that go wrong
We test representative data as well as missing information, duplicates and unavailable services. We agree where outputs are reviewed and how a failure is noticed. If AI drafts or classifies information, we define the human approval step. A usable workflow needs a way to catch and correct problems, beyond completing a successful demonstration.

What maintenance covers
Applications change and usage can grow. Maintenance is scoped to the workflow, including agreed checks and adjustments with defined usage limits. New functionality is assessed separately where it changes the scope. Before committing, you can distinguish build cost, software, AI usage and ongoing support.
A scope you can understand.
- Current workflow review
- Agreed tool integrations
- Testing and human review
- Defined maintenance and usage
Implementation is quoted separately from monthly maintenance. Software and AI usage costs depend on the workflow and its limits; these are specified in the proposal.
Let’s review what you needBefore we start.
Is a clinic WhatsApp assistant available?
Not yet. It is a development direction I want to explore, rather than a finished product. I assess each requirement before offering a solution.
Does every workflow need AI?
No. If a rule or a connection between applications handles the task reliably, that is where we start.
Is AI usage unlimited?
No. We agree on an allowance and how costs are reviewed if usage changes.
Which workflows have you actually built?
My work includes expense summaries, SEO drafting, carousel preparation and workflows moving WordPress event information into Airtable with social materials. These were internal and agency workflows, not independent client case studies with verified commercial results.
Can we keep our existing applications?
Possibly. We first review permissions, integration options and the way your tools work. Any new software or remaining manual step needs to be clear before quoting.
How do we decide whether automation is worthwhile?
We compare task frequency, effort, review needs and software costs. Savings are assessed against the actual workflow, rather than promising a number of hours before understanding your process.
Depending on where you start.

Let’s talk about what your business needs.
We start with your situation and choose the next step.
