Information and purpose
The form asks for your name, business, WhatsApp number with country code and project description. Your website or social profile is optional. I use the information you provide to respond on WhatsApp, assess your project and prepare a proposal. Do not send patient information, medical information, passwords or other sensitive information. This website is intended for adults seeking professional services.
Your choice
Submitting the form requires your express consent through its checkbox. You may withdraw consent by email without affecting prior processing. Without the required fields I cannot process the form, but you can contact me by email. I do not subscribe you to advertising campaigns, sell your information or make automated decisions about your inquiry.
Storage and providers
Hostinger provides the website hosting and email service receiving your inquiry. A technical copy is stored in a private database outside the public website directory. WhatsApp’s provider, Meta, is involved when I reply on WhatsApp. Google provides analytics only if you accept it. These providers may process information outside Ecuador, including in the United States and the European Economic Area, under their terms and protection mechanisms. You can request further information about processing and providers by email.
Retention and security
The technical copy is cleaned when new inquiries are processed, removing entries older than 90 days. Conversations and inquiries that do not result in a contract are reviewed for deletion 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, necessary records are retained for the relationship and applicable legal periods. The form uses HTTPS, validation and abuse limits. A temporary identifier derived from the IP address is used for these limits; the inquiry database does not store the IP itself. The hosting provider may retain its own technical access and security logs.
Cookies and Google Analytics
The necessary paolo_contact cookie protects form submissions and lasts for your browser session. Your analytics preference is stored in your browser for 180 days. Google Analytics loads only when you select “Accept analytics”, measuring visits and successful inquiry submissions without receiving names, phone numbers or messages from the form. Advertising features and automatic form measurement are disabled. The _ga and _ga_* cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. You can reject analytics or change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the form.
Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, updating, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent by emailing hello@soypaolorodriguez.com. Describe your request and provide information to locate your inquiry; additional identification will only be requested if necessary to protect your information. You may also complain to Ecuador’s data protection authority, the Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales.
