Let’s talk

Medical SEO with your clinician in the loop.

I work on SEO for medical practices with clear service pages and a review process involving the responsible clinician.

Let’s discuss your project

How we would approach it.

You work directly with me. I research, propose and carry out the agreed work.

Start with the services you want to develop

We discuss specialties, priority services, capacity and service area. I research relevant searches and competing pages to propose a useful structure. Orthopedics, ENT, pediatrics and plastic surgery are among my areas of interest.

Give the clinician a defined review role

I research, write and publish the agreed content. The clinician reviews medical statements and confirms that the copy accurately represents the practice before it goes live.

Review the inquiries behind the numbers

Alongside website data, we ask the person handling inquiries whether contacts match the target services and area. That feedback helps decide which pages and explanations need more attention.

Service pages based on distinct patient questions

Someone searching for a specialty may need different information from someone looking for a particular service. Research helps decide what deserves a separate page and what belongs within an existing one. We explain the service, responsible professional, care setting and next step. Supporting articles address general questions without turning the website into personalized medical advice.

Clinical review and accurate professional information

The clinician confirms publishable qualifications, services and clinical statements. We organize review before publication and update content when the practice changes. Missing credentials, patient testimonials or treatment outcomes are not invented to complete a page. Where evidence is unavailable, we narrow the claim or leave that section out.

Connecting local discovery to an appointment inquiry

For an in-person practice, we review the relationship between the Google profile, service pages and practice details. Visitors need to understand where care is provided and how to inquire. Multiple locations are assessed for genuine differences before adding pages. Booking-system integration is defined according to the project.

Review acquisition without collecting clinical records

Commercial review can use categories such as requested service, area and inquiry status. The person handling contacts can provide counts without identifying patients. Website measurement and team feedback should be designed around that need. Clinical information does not belong in this website’s commercial contact form.

A scope you can understand.

  • Service and specialty research
  • Medical service pages
  • Clinician content review
  • Inquiry and progress review

SEO is quoted according to the site and scope, with an initial three-month commitment. Website development and advertising are separate services.

Let’s review what you need

Before we start.

Do you only work with medical businesses?

No. I work with service businesses across sectors. Healthcare is an area of focus, not a restriction on my practice.

Who approves medical information?

The responsible clinician reviews medical content before publication. We build that step into the workflow.

Do you need patient records?

We can review acquisition through inquiry counts and categories. Patient records do not belong in the commercial contact form.

Do you work with orthopedic, ENT or pediatric practices?

These are areas of interest, alongside plastic surgery and other medical services. We first research demand, the existing website and scope. A specialty page only makes sense where it represents services your practice actually provides.

Can we combine medical SEO with advertising?

We can assess campaigns separately. Channels, ads and destination pages need to be reviewed for the service and the platform’s requirements. Ad approval cannot be promised in advance.

Who responds to patient inquiries?

The practice: the clinician or a designated team member. My service supports acquisition and the website, rather than providing medical care. Appointment automation would be a separate project; a finished clinic WhatsApp assistant is not currently available.

Depending on where you start.

Let’s talk about what your business needs.

We start with your situation and choose the next step.
